Stay as far away as you can from this company. They take your money and never deliver any results. They even go as far as saying you will get your money back if they don't deliver results. Well they took 2 months $800 of my money and have not delivered a single thing for me. When I asked for my money back no one will call or email you back. I have been calling for over 2 months and they will still not return a call or email. They also an off site call center to field all there unhappy customers so they don't have to deal with the complaints. This is for the year 2023 as well.
They were great to take you money but other than that the worst experience I have ever had

The setup was very easy, we just had to confirm a bunch of information and then they handled the rest. Customer service what quite helpful when we needed to make changes. The real beauty is the new business it generates for us.
Generating new business for my company is obviously the best part about working with Bridge City. It makes a big difference for us to have them sending new clients our way, and we don't even have to micro manage it.
Not much I would change, but I do think it would be helpful to have more design for print options. Having brochures for both digital and for print would be a really nice add on.

I have a better idea on how it all works now, and for me, it works quite well. Now that people can find me online I have been booking significantly more business each month.
The best part of working with Bridge City has obviously been the fact that they have helped me book more clients each month.

Bridge City is a great no nonsense marketing firm. I don't really have a lot of time to spend on babysitting my online marketing, Bridge City understood that and really expedited everything. I am pretty hands off with it, and they just simply send new business my way each month through their marketing efforts online. If they keep this up, I will be a client for life.
I can't really think of anything I would change at the current moment, they do great work, maybe having a faster turnaround on the graphic design and website stuff might be good.
