I hired Nesha/Kolosek to enhance our management platform with new features, capabilities, and automation. Referred to me, the company assigned one developer, Nesha, to the project. The experience was a complete disaster—Nesha failed to deliver on time, often not delivering at all, and produced subpar code that later developers criticized. Communication was poor, project management was nonexistent, and Nesha’s pompous and condescending attitude after failing to deliver made things worse. We ended on bad terms, with payment disputes and threats, forcing me to pay to avoid further issues. I found nothing impressive about the company and strongly recommend better communication and accountability.
I have nothing positive to say about the experience. It was terrible in every way.
They have zero skills in communication, timeliness, care, or delivering quality code.

We had a disaster of an experience working with Nesha & Kolosek. Nesha is pompous, unintelligent, disorganized, and dishonest. He has no redeeming qualities. The company can best be described as disorganized and confused. There is no leadership and the employees don't know what to work on. Communication is non-existent. Pride of work is non-existent.
Absolutely nothing about this experience was positive in any way, shape, or form. Working with Nesha & Kolosek was terrible from start to finish.
The best way to change the experience would be to not work with this company in any capacity. The CEO, Nesha, has no business in project management or in development.
